I grew up in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where my family owned a dog daycare and a kennel for raising and training German Shorthaired Pointers. Through working with both of these businesses, I bring not only professional experience but also a deep love for dogs and a strong belief in creating safe, positive, and enriching environments for them. Whether your dog is here for daycare, a cozy boarding stay, or a fresh grooming appointment, their well-being, safety, and happiness will always be our top priorities.

In 2016, I moved to Ankeny to begin life after college with my now-wife Abi and our two German Shorthaired Pointers, Finn and Grace. In 2022, I began managing business operations for my parents’ dog daycare in Cedar Rapids. In 2023, Abi and I were blessed to welcome our son, Bowen, into our lives. After more than three years of searching, we were thrilled to find a family-run business that felt like the perfect fit for us. We’re excited to build our life here and continue operating a highly respected business in this wonderful community.
